At Telecommunications Sales Mastery Academy, we specialize in recruiting and training individuals who aspire to excel in telephonic and face-to-face selling. Our programs also include customer service training for handling queries and resolving issues efficiently. We turn promising sales people into superstars and equip managers to become exceptional leaders.
Our fully trained superstars will then be employed as telesales agents if unemployed. You will be placed according to your level of performance. This immediately assists agents covering the gap of having no previous experience, when applying for jobs in future.However only agents who qualify for our criteria will be considered. We DO NOT employ you if you are working already at time of joining the academy. We DO NOT  graduate, or employ students that do not  meet the level of training and calibre we expect.
